Seminar Tonight
Tonight at SRMC we will be discussing lots of new additions to our surgical weight loss program! The next generation in minimally invasive surgery, referred to as microlaparoscopic surgery is here. The incisions are so small they look like freckles after you have healed! No scars from your surgery!
We will also be discussing the new band-imbrication and the gastric imbrication (aka gastric plication) as well!

SRMC Contest Winners

Band-Plication
Several of our patients have already undergone the band-plication surgery! (also referred to as the I-band or band imbrication). Early results are promising! Patients have lost 25% more weight than band only patients when compared to similar time intervals following surgery. These results suggest that the band-plication surgery is a new promising weight loss surgery in our battle against obesity disease!
STARR update
We are introducing the next generation of minimally invasive surgery! We have now performed the sleeve and band surgeries on several people using this new technology. Their scars are so small that their surgery appears virtually incisionless!

Seminar Tomorrow Night 7/20
Tomorrow evening at 630pm at Sebastian River Medical Center we will be having our free monthly surgical weight loss seminar. We are excited to have Dr. Alan Durkin there speaking as well. Dr. Durkin is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. His specialty is post bariatric contouring. Many of our patients have already had surgery with Dr. Durkin and are thrilled with their results!
