Patrick Domkowski, M.D., Ph.D., FACS

Dr. Domkowski is Director of Riverside Surgical and Weight Loss Center and is a board certified general surgeon who specializes in bariatric surgery. He earned his medical and graduate degrees from Georgetown University and completed his surgical internship, residency and fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.  Dr. Domkowski has treated well over a 1000 bariatric patients and has a passion for helping people regain their lives lost by the disease of obesity. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. He has published over 40 peer reviewed articles and presented at both national and international surgical meetings. He specializes in Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Band, Laparoscopic Gastric Plication and converting failed LAGB to the Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy. Alan J. Durkin, M.D., M.S.

Dr. Alan Durkin is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon at Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art plastic surgery center in Vero Beach, FL.  Dr. Durkin graduated magna cum laude from University of Miami where he earned a B.S. in Biology. He earned a M.S. from University of Chicago and a M.D. from University of South Florida. One of Dr. Durkin's areas of expertise is post bariatric body contouring. Many patients are interested in continuing their transformation after significant weight loss and this is where Dr. Durkin is truly gifted. Many patients from our practice go one to have body contouring surgery with Dr. Durkin and could not be happier.  In addition to being board certified, Dr. Durkin has published over 25 peer-reviewed publications in medicine and has presented his cancer research findings at national and international physician symposiums where he has also earned over 7 awards for most outstanding medical presentations.

Dr. Lynn M. Williams Psy.D., MSN

Dr. Williams has extensive experience working with bariatric patients. She provides caring pre- and post-operative counseling for all our patients at Riverside Surgical and Weight Loss Center. She is highly qualified with a Doctorate in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Williams also has her Masters in Nursing. Suzanne Crowley, BSN, MS, CCTC

Sue is our bariatric coordinator. We are excited to welcome Sue to our team. She comes to us with a great deal of experience from a fortune 500 healthcare company where she was responsible for coordinating care between and patients and physicians and monitoring long term follow up. Sue's experience and enthusiasm will help our patients have a safe and quality experience before and after surgery in our program.  

Lori Frame, RMA

Lori is registered medical assistant with Riverside Surgical and Weight Loss Center. She has worked with Dr. Domkowski for over 7 years and has a special interest in caring for patients undergoing weight loss surgery. She helps patients go through the process and insures everything is in order as we prepare for surgery. She is also a great resource after surgery as well. 

Rebecca Godin

Rebecca is the office manager and financial coordinator for Riverside Surgical and Weight Loss Center. Rebecca has also worked with Dr Domkowski for over 5 years and has an incredible working knowledge of insurance companies. She is a strong advocate for getting authorization for bariatric surgery for each and every patient that comes through our program.

Marisel Nieves

Marisel is our administrative assistant. Marisel has worked with Dr Domkowski for over 5 years. Marisel will help schedule and coordinate all of your appointments as you prepare for surgery. Marisel works hard on your behalf coordinating your appointments and making the entire process smooth. You will love her energy and her helpful attitude.

Kelly Enqiruez

Kelly is Director of the Sebastian River Medical Surgical Weight Loss Program. Kelly works tirelessly to make our program one of the top in the state of Florida. Her dedication and vision are why over a 1000 people interested in bariatric surgery have passed through our program.

Beverly Reilly

Beverly is registered dietician with special training in the field of bariatrics Our patients love her . She has an incredible knowledge of the nutritional requirements needed to prepare for the surgery as well as the changes in the first month following surgery.

Dee Ford, Patient Account Representative, SRMC

Dee personally works with our bariatric patients and their insurance companies to minimize the hassles you may face when getting your surgery approved. If you are paying your surgery yourself Dee will personally help you move smoothly through the hospital system.
